Bluebird are doing an amazing job looking after my mum in Kenilworth. They are very professional and very helpful. I live abroad and cannot thank them enough for their assistance, availability and for also keeping me informed as soon as a problem arises.

I joined Bluebird Care Stratford and Warwick in December 2019. At that time, I was contemplating my career choices and I new I wanted to start something new where I could make a difference to peoples lives but I wasnt quite sure which direction was best. I didnt have experience in professional care work at that time so I didnt know what to expect. The interview process was super straight forwarded and the manager at that time made me feel at ease. I started my training in office which was fun, detailed and all of my questions got answered. I was then introduced to my mentor who I went out into the community with to gain my practical experience and training. I really enjoyed my first few weeks getting to know everyone and the support was absolutely brilliant. After 6 months, a supervisor role became available and both the lead supervisor and registered manager supported me through the application process. Before I knew it, I was discovering the career path that brought me immense joy and that I was passionate about. The registered manager changed to Rebecca Weaver during my time as a Supervisor. My 1-1 meetings with her provided me with an abundance of skills which enabled me to fulfil my job role and continue to provide a high quality of care to individuals in the community. Bluebird Care didnt just provide me with a job that I went to every day, the support enabled me to grow as a person, discover skills I wasnt aware I had and to have the confidence to put goals into action. Every staff member is encouraged to put forward ideas on how we think the service can improve and what is already working well so that changes can be made when theyre needed which I think is really important in a business. Everyone is an integral part to the team which is continuously shown throughout the years as the RM holds coffee mornings, in house celebrations, rewards and bonuses, birthday and anniversary bonuses as well as free access to Level 2, 3 and 5 QCF qualifications (the new NVQ equivalent) AND LOADS MORE! The true joy within Bluebird Care Stratford and Warwick is that the team all have one goal in mind and thats to provide the best care to individuals within the community and that really shows throughout every day. The most vulnerable individuals in the community are receiving a reliable, friendly and happy team of carers and that is the most rewarding aspect. To know that you are part of a team who genuinely goes the extra mile and who genuinely wants the best for others and to celebrate that together is really quite special. I would recommend joining the team 100 times over and to also encourage others who may be unsure of whether its for them to head to the main office or speak to the team over the phone as they will answer any questions or worries you have.

I have only recently started with bluebird as part of the senior team but I have nothing but positive things to say. The whole team are extremely inclusive and kind which has made my starting period a lot easier than I anticipated and I already feel like a valued member of the business. All the carers, senior team and customers I have met have been lovely and very welcoming. I look forward to seeing what the future holds and growing alongside a company who provide such a high standard of service.

A couple of days before my daughter was 3, my dad had 12 strokes in less than 12 hours. The care team who came to look after dad were lovely. I did not in my wildest dreams think i would be able to do this as a career. My husband had 3 strokes himself and i took a couple of years out of work to care for him myself. I eventually decided to apply for a career in care at Bluebird Care Stratford and Warwick with no experience (only looking after my husband) not thinking that I would be given a chance to do so. The team at Bluebird Care have been by my side from the very beginning I have been trained in all aspects of my health/safety - the legislations and regulations, as my career has blossomed, I continue to gain more experience in other fields within my role. The main focus in my career is to help individuals in the community to stay in their own homes and live their day to day lives as they would like to. I've now been with Bluebird Care Stratford and Warwick for 9 years and it's the best decision I ever made
