        good company, went above and beyond to insure my uncle received his balloon! only complaint i have is they don't seem to answer the phone, it just goes onto answer phone. however, the manager responded very quickly to emails so thanks for the good service!

        Extremely poor customer service. Balloon taken away despite saying leave in safe place; redelivery seemingly not possible. Nobody on the customer service phone (having tried repeatedly). Avoid

        The balloons I ordered were brilliant great quality and exactly as they appeared online. The delivery came exactly when expected, and I was kept updated along the way. The little bag of free Haribo is a nice touch.
