Wow.... fantastic customer service from Craig. I was recommended by a MotorHome Company close to me to posted a MotorHome Control Panel to MES; some distance away. I spoke to Craig at MES prior to sending it and was given lots of confidence during that conversation... he seemed to know his stuff! I have just received a call informing me that the problem with the part was solved and that he would be kindly be posting it back to me with NO CHARGE!!! as the item had simply 'locked out' and he had re-set it... which was only a couple of minutes of his time! You hear so many stories of companies 'ripping off' the average man in the street... Craig could easily have told me a story of hours of work and a 50 charge etc... BUT this man needs to be lauded... and if you are thinking of using Craig at MES, then do so... my faith in humanity is restored!!! Well done Craig... very impressed and I will be telling my MotorHome Company that they can keep recommending him!
