        Horrible experience and a nasty company. The condition of our flat was very poor. Several appliances were broken and some were even a safety risk. Golden Key would never answer our calls or emails, so we had to walk into their offices in order to reach them. The owner once shouted over me because I was raising an issue that was inconvenient for him. Really shocking. It seems hes happy to act like a bully when dealing with students. Save yourself a nightmare and go with a half decent estate agent.
