        Dan & team at regency installed both our log burners, lined & capped chimneys professionally with care in our newly renovated period property. Dan gave us a lot of advice prior to purchasing, making sure we made the right decisions based on rooms sizes etc. Dan has been brilliant with any issues with our job lot more a year after purchasing. I would recommend highly.

        Great service. Helped repair a faulty part on my fireplace when the manufacturer decided not to help as it was 1 week out of warranty. Two guys came and spent a good hour fixing the issue. Great service very happy.

Also asked us to approve certain bits. Very friendly and efficient! Highly recommended. We absolutely love our new stove. Thank you!
