I found that both Simons were extremely helpful and always provided advice and helped with mixing colours. Moreover, they have been so easygoing and funny - it definitely helped to ease my worries when Im so new to painting jobs, calculations, colour collections, paint types etc.
There was another guy that helped me a lot, too - unfortunately cannot remember his name.
I chose to go to the Dulux centre every time because of excellent customer service, although sometimes promotions that B&Q or Homebase run turn out cheaper.
On one occasion I came across a different customer service representative and found that I did enjoy help of others better - probably driven by their extensive experience. So hopefully its just a matter of time for others to learn.
Overall, excellent customer service - will be coming back.
