The staff here are the most helpful and kind you will find. Generally, Pets at Home have good staff, but at this location, they highlighted the free offers for us at the till and looked for vouchers we could apply without me saying a word. Just a great experience.

My usual shopping area , a national outlet with a vetinary service also in Stratford on Avon too. Huge display of pets of all varieties available and staff have a good knowledge of the service they provide. Always busy but they do send time to discuss their clients needs and dogs are welcome .

Really disappointing experience today. I'm very hesitant to post this due to the Easter Pet Pals workshop being a free event. I had booked and upon arrival there was nothing to suggest the event was even going ahead. A staff member then approached a family who were able to hold the small animals. Whilst I stood patiently waiting with my four year old (for her turn), we were ignored! The advertised workshop activities were clearly not available thus letting the children down. Poor customer service.
