        Shop a lot at Fatface but often have to order online as there isnt a store where I live. Used the opportunity whilst in Leamington to return a dress which was too big. The manager(female) made me feel humiliated by insisting on me proving that I had paid by paypal and show her my bank statement even though I had already shown her the email confirmation. I was intending to try on and buy some items that I had seen online but I just left mortified at the queue that had built up in the meantime. Will be unlikely to buy from Fatface again if it is too difficult to return items.
