        Worst online customer service...and they respond to the review with an Americanism, a non-apology apology."Were sorry your experience with Presto Music didnt match your expectations." Yes, it didn't. My expectation was someone who could understand what they are reading and would reply accordingly once in 5 or 6 correspondences, maybe a third-grader? I don't know how these so called businesses survive at this day and age.
