        An absolute great shopping experience at this fine outfitters. The chap that served me was polite and extremely patient. I tried on several 100% mens wool caps on. I was given good advice about the fitting. I eventually purchased a Failsworth Abraham Moon Cap and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this establishment. Thank you for a great experience at your shop. Hope to visit again soon for a waist coat.

        Went in the shop today to purchase a shirt and was talked down to by a member of staff , I buy a lot of clothes and spend a considerable amount on quality garments and no other tailors I use treat good customers in this way . They were also charging far more than other retailers for the same Viyella shirts!! Things need to improve!!

        I went in with an enquiry the gentleman was very nice and informative about what I had asked about, they didn't have what I wanted in my size but did show me quality alternatives and was very professional will be returning in the new year
