Did an online upgrade in February and have been unable to use the phone since 3 days after setting it up. Samsung most unhelpful on several occasions. Found the need for husband to visit our nearest Three store. One member of staff helped him with his upgrade whilst Simon sorted out my very expensive paper weight problem. Was not easy but he refused to give up until he solved the problem.

I bought a handset (Google pixel 7) but had to take out a one month contract to get the phone. I was leaving the country for two months the next day so it was an emergency situation. The lady said the contract would be cancelled after one month. I return to England and am getting calls from a random number and I think it's a scammer. I then get letter demanding payment for 19.01. I call up 3 who state the contract is rolling (the paperwork states ONE MONTH CONTRACT) and I need to give 30 days cancellation notice. I'm arguing on the phone for an hour saying it's unfair and the sales woman in the shop knew I was going away so I bet she just wanted the 600 sale. The manager on the phone then tells me I owe 43.01 but is willing to give me 10 credit (how generous). I'm going round in circles and wasting my time because 3 holds the power to give my details to the debt collectors. I told him I was out of the country and misinformed. He finally waves the 43.01 but I will still owe January payment and he doesn't know how much that is. After stating I have never been with 3 so stop calling me a loyal customer and I will go to social media and tell everyone about the poor service he finally agreed to cancel all payments... But I have to call them up when my final bill in generated. Basically... DONT USE THREE. DONT BUY A HEADSET. DONT TAKE ANY CONTRACT OUT. ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS. It all started with the Leamington spa store. Also the paperwork issued says nothing about cancellation policy which the manager kept refering to. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
