Superb, compassionate care from this friendly medical practice, cannot recommend more highly.

Variable service. Good doctors are away often and hard to get hold of. Other doctors are rushed and miss things to the point of missing clear signs or prescribing incorrect medicines. Checked a callback was due twice and still didn't hear from them.

Absolutely Brilliant We moved to Leamington in August 22 & registered with this practice. We are all super impressed with how proactive this practice is. The advice, text messages giving advice, the follow up and speed has just been outstanding. They made me aware of a problem that I didnt know about & have started me on treatment. Thank you everyone.

I joined here three months ago having relocated and have used them for the first time this fortnight - it has been not only the first negative experience with a GP but a dreadful one at that. I should have taken more notice of the warning signs as some of the receptionists exhibited odd behaviours and general incompentence but I let these slide (one pretty much frowned at me and shoo'ed me away when I stood at reception as she was on a call and said something about confidentiality; another didn't seem to have a clue how the pill review process works or how to take patient calls to book in appointments). Anyway, icing on the cake was the rude and nasty lady on reception this evening when I called to flag that they hadn't rung me for my pill review appointment as promised. Cue a back and forth about how I didn't respond to a (last minute) text questionnaire from them (I did actually, and straight away), so I needed to do it again (except link doesn't allow me to do it again as I did it once already), followed by a string of further text messages that I can't respond and an "oh well, none of this is my problem" attitude from the receptionist. She was so incredibly unhelpful, obnoxious and antagonistic that I did end up telling her to do one and hung up. So I'm leaving this surgery because this sh*t ain't normal and nobody needs this stress. I feel sorry for the patients who need more serious and urgent help, because they're not going to get it here.
