        Went In to leamington spa store to upgrade. The lady in there said i could only up grade on line not in store ! And if i wanted to take out a new contract i couldnt keep my number and she couldnt transfer my info to a new phone as I only had 20% charge ! It felt that she just didnt want to help. I went to Tesco mobile they sorted everything, iPhone 14, kept my number they transferred all data and was really helpful (and cheaper than 02 as well)
