    Extremely disorganised and won't hesitate to add BS charges at the end of the rental period. Happened 2 out of 3 times that I rented with them. Lesson learned. (PS: I understand it's a "car subscription" and I like the idea, but at the end of the day it's still just a rental)

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company has taken unauthorised payment of 1298 from my account after termination of a hire. It is impossible to resolve the matter via their complaints procedure as their customer service relies on lies and subterfuge. Now having to take legal action to recover my fees. They will take your money and offer nothing short of the worst possible service in return. Utterly delinquent to the point of farce.

    My car arrived in a terrible filthy state and had a reasonable amount of damage the cars going back. I do not recommend them theres better companies out there

    I am extremely disappointed with the car subscription service provided by Onto. Despite marketing themselves as a "hassle-free" solution that includes everything, my experience so far has been far from that. The car I was provided with developed a fault after just a month of usage, and when I tried to get it fixed, the customer service was non-existent. I raised a complaint about the issue, but the team completely ignored me, leaving me without any solution. To make matters worse, a call with one of their representatives was recorded without my knowledge or consent, which is a complete violation of my privacy. I expect better service from a company that charges over 1000 a month for their subscription service. I would not recommend this service to anyone as their customer service is appalling and they simply ignore you if you have an issue or a proper complaint. Save your money and go elsewhere!
