        On site the office closes at 1800 on Friday. But in actual, it closes between 1300 & 1400.

        After calling multiple times to try and arrange an emergency appointment with a dr I finally got through to what seemed to be an already angsty receptionist who informed me that she doesnt care how long it would take, there were no appointments left & that their lines hadnt been that busy this morning despite the fact Id been calling since 8am. this is the case every time I call meaning what was a simple issue has now developed into a serious health problem.
