        Poor experience on several occasions with brand new LPs being defective. Poor customer service when trying to contact them for resolution. Was told the manager would call me back when they were in on the following Friday. No return call after a week. When I rang the store several times it just rang out and no one answered. Got through today and was told the same line that they couldnt resolve it and their manager would be back in the following Friday. Shame when you try to support a physical store over buying online and every time youre left with a bad experience.
