I've been buying vapes from royal vapes for a few months now and they've always been great. Delivery is fast and staff are kind when I've interacted with them both over the phone and email. I love the wide variety of vapes, vape parts and flavours plus the deals when buying multiple are great. The very few times I've had a problem (faulty disposable vapes, a manufacturer issue so not the shop's fault) they've always been fast to resolve the problem. The faulty disposable vapes were replaced for free and staff were apologetic over the situation. My favourite vape shop and I will carry on shopping here.

Woeful , coils burn out straight away. Not even 1000 into a 10000 puff vape and its burnt out. Wouldnt recommend

Order took nearly a week to even be dispatched! Emailed them asking for a refund as Id ordered elsewhere instead but they took it upon themselves to dispatch straight away and tell me I couldnt have a refund, as its sent. They didnt actually hand over to Royal Mail for another couple of days though. I told them to cancel and they refused, telling me I needed to return at my own expense, plus lose the delivery cost. I told them before dispatch to cancel so thats absolutely ridiculous. If you want your items quickly AVOID. Once theyve got your money they couldnt care less. I wont use again.
