Disgraceful business policy Where should I start? On February 10, 2023, I ordered and paid for a digital download of Depeche Mode - Memento Mori. The album was released on March 24 and was immediately available on streaming platforms. I was waiting for an email with a download link that didn't arrive. I was chatting with a friend and was shocked that he got a link to a 128 kbps mp3. The description doesn't say what format you're downloading, so I was expecting lossless quality. So I contacted the store for a refund and asked them to stop sending me the download link. After arrogant communication I was told that a refund was not possible as the files could not be returned. But I still had no files or download link. So I replied again that I don't want to send another link. The reply came with a link and an arrogant wish for me to enjoy it. Absolutely disgraceful business policy. I have no words. You are a bunch of frauds and I hope you end up in court soon for defrauding the consumer.

Avoid, absolute shocking service! I was unfortunately redirected here from the Off Menu website for official merchandise. I wish they used a better company. Firstly, their website failed the moment I hit confirm order. The money went straight out of my bank but I did not receive an order number or confirmation email. I had to chase them to only keep receiving silly automated emails. I paid for next day postage but they didn't dispatch until 4 days after my order date (not stated anywhere that they are slow at dispatching). The order still never arrived. Their emails are 95% automated and mostly blaming royal mail strikes or asking for a review, so here's mine. Just don't waste your time!
