The care, time and support this company give is invaluable. They are kind, friendly and genuinely CARE which is sadly a quality that the last care company we used lacked! The care bureau have recently began providing care for my Grandma after a previous terrible experience with a different care provider. Nothing is too much trouble for these carers, they take the time to listen to what she wants and needs and do all within their power to make it happen. The call times are consistent and they come as close as they can to the times that she's requested. Very impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you for going such a fab job!

We are only in to week two but after poor care provision by another provider I cannot rate this company highly enough. The carers are all taking Covid 19 and PPE extremely seriously. My Mum has been given choice and control of her life back. Regular call times, friendly professional carers who give the biggest gift of all.... care and attention They listen to what she wants and try to make it happen for her. Nothing is too much trouble, they go the extra mile. Lovely to hear Mum chatting and laughing with them I have to admit I had initial trepidation as I think Care Bureau went through some difficult times a few years ago, but positively they seem to have come through it and are providing excellent care!

I have worked for the company for last 15 years the quality of care and training provided is to the highest standard. I have also experienced The Care Bureau looking after a member of my family and the Care they received was outstanding. D Draper
