This company is a lovely company, everyone is so nice! I like the fact that they use their own fitters to do the job, their designs are amazing along with their service, it was exactly what we wanted, I would 100% recommend! x

I have always found Diamond Interiors to be professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their field of endeavour. Their Kitchens and Bathrooms look well designed, built to the highest quality and at a reasonable price. Would have no hesitation to recommend them to my family and friends.

I sued this company, 11th May 2022, Andrew and Karen Evans, a husband and wife partnership, for the return of a reservation deposit paid of 2,500 after cancelling a project for a downstairs shower room and some smaller additional work. Andrew Evans was coercive in persuading me to reserve dates incurring a commitment to their reservation/deposit fee plan by way of instalments, before the project was finalised. The negotiations/planning were on-going and Andrew Evans's costs became extremely excessive particularly for one part resulting in my cancellation of the whole project. I tried to negotiate with him but he simply talks too much and doesn't listen. I lost my case due to mis information given to me by Citizen Advice Bureau about my rights in connection with return of my deposit payment, However, they countersued me for loss of business for cancelling the project. The District Judge dismissed their counterclaim and criticized Andrew Evans reservation/deposit contract for being complicated, convulted and inexplicable. At one point she said 'I going to ask you the question again for the fourth time to explain your figures please listen and try to answer the question ...'. In my opinion his behaviour and verboseness is akin to double glazing sales techniques used in the 1970s/80s. Fortunately, consumer law has been introduced to resolve this but kitchen and bathroom contracts slip through the net and are exempt. SERIOUSLY BE WARNED AND BE GUARDED!!! OR AVOID ALTOGETHER as his tactics just wear you down and his seemly quiet wife, Karen, as a joint director is complicit in this poor business practise but just as culpable legally and morally in my opinion.
