Off in the Van

After hiring 'Cali' for 5 nights to head down to Cornwall, we cannot wait to get another date in the diary for our next trip! From start to finish both Steph and Matt have been on hand to answer any questions or queries we may of had. All paperwork and checks were completed with ease and no hassle at all. 'Cali' was just perfect for us, spacious, modern, economical and had everything we needed for our trip, even the kitchen sink, literally!! Our 5 year old boy absolutely loved sleeping up top and making a cosy den each night, he slept so well too. Thank you again Off In The Van for helping us make so many family memories, we shall be in touch soon xx

We hired "Cali" for a last minute weekend away to the lakes due to travel restrictions to Portugal. Im glad we did as the whole experience was superb. The booking process was easy, Steph was responsive and accommodating to make sure we had the right information prior to hiring. Matt gave us the tour of Cali and made sure we knew every nook and cranny, which was needed and also very accommodating to relative novices in the camper van world! Lastly the van itself (Cali!) was a joy to stay in for the weekend. Fully loaded with all of the tech, gizmos and home comforts like a sink, hob, BBQ and 2 double beds. I cannot recommend Off in the Van more highly and will definitely be in touch for our next "Stayation".

Had an amazing trip in Cali! Everything we needed and such a top spec van. Loved the extra welcoming touches that were put in the van for us. Matt and Steph were super helpful from booking queries, handover when we picked up the van through to return. All very easy. We cant wait to have another family adventure in it. Thanks so much, well be back to go off again!

We absolutely loved our Scottish road trip with Cali! A dream come true. Cali is the best companion for your adventures, with all up to date technology for a confortable and smooth drive, and everything is provided with her to make the best home on wheels (chairs, table, cutlery, camping gas, blinds, etc and very efficient heating). Plus the VW California is the ideal size to wonder on small UK roads. Matt and Steph have been great hosts and every details were clear and straight forward. We were so sad to give her back and can't wait for the next trip with her!

I hired the VW California Ocean from Off in the Van for 4 days for a trip to Scotland and after my experience thought I would leave a review. Firstly I would like to say, Steph and Matt were absolutely brilliant and are the main reason I will be hiring from them again. There are many campervans around for hire but not many of these two around! The entire process of hiring the van was explained clearly and made very easy well in advance, any questions were answered immediately and the communication was brilliant. When I came to pick up the van, it was in immaculate condition and Matt kindly went through a thorough handover checklist on the van which detailed where everything was kept, how features operated etc. One of the things we were most surprised with was almost every amenity possible for a camping trip was provided by them and we literally only ended up taking our own hiking gear and food. Plates, cutlery etc all provided. Cali the van was really amazing especially the diesel heater function to keep you warm at night. The pop top was easy and convenient to use. Fridge is a good size and hob worked flawlessly. Whilst on the road I ran into a few queries which Matt kindly answered straight away. Overall, I cannot fault the experience of using Off In The Van and would highly recommend them to anyone especially considering the extremely competitive prices they offer. Above all, the service Matt and Steph provided was second to none and I will be coming back again without a doubt.
