        Great help from the staff and nice little shop. I found it very helpful to go in and talk to the staff directly about products bought online. The boots I bought online were on sale and although the box had the correct size on it, the boots inside were smaller. As these were the last pair I was not able to swap them but the staff sorted the refund and offered me alternative sale products in store.
