        Dear Savers Leamington Spa, Dont think youll be winning any customer service awards any time soon. The guy who served me at the till didnt once make eye contact or acknowledge me as he was too busy talking into his head set! You should get robots to work in your store or wait maybe he was one!

        Why are the staff always talking on their headsets? 3 times the woman serving me today didn't hear what I said because she was talking. I was tempted to walk out. Zero customer service.
