    Absolutely awful and disrespectful management... They treat agency people with disrespect and they expect you to work for two... Permanent workers giggling behind corners and keep reminding you are just a number in here. wich that mean you are no one... on the end, no one will tell you thanks for your work... Just on Friday afternoon agency will call or send an email to say AGA reduces employment. My 11 months ther it was absolutely wasting time, don't matter how hard I have been work, doing my best job, without missing days. Please avoid this place if you can, this company don't deserve for anyone who working hard, focused and heading to be better every day... sad but true.

    Products which continue to sell based on history and reputation. We bought rangemaster classic, induction, no complex information available on products functionality (previously I used an induction unit by AEG - there was everything youd expect, including timer to cook and switch off) In these expensive units, you can set up a reminder, but cooking will continue, very basic. After a unit delivery we had a question to the customer centre as it seemed a piece was missing at the bottom of the unit. Awful customer service. The piece was not critical, so at a point we gave up. It is not even the what they tell you but the how. Based on a customer service you receive I wont buy those products again. If I was to buy it again, based on the whole purchase experience and assessing the functionality, Id double check other makes - I didnt do my homework well. If functions were comparable, Id go with those whod have the best customer service. You never know how much help you will need from them going forward.
