        Absolutely horrible costumer service. Engineer has BROKEN my boiler instead of fixing it. Then they made me wait a week to get it fixed. When i didn't agree they told me someon will come in on saturday and then cancelled that at 16.55 on friday (the costumer service shuts at 17.00) So i have to wait till monday to book someone from them to fix what they have broken...

        Bad Bad Bad, asked for help with one their products, got redirected to a phone number, all the usual how wonderful they are at the commencement and 32 minutes later still unanswered. would not recommend for any kind of customer service
