        We used Lyn Parsons, assisted by Isabelle, for our first house purchase and were very impressed. Having heard horror stories from friends we were pleasantly surprised that they always got back to us very quickly and completed our house purchase within our necessary time frame (no chain). They made the process much less stressful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

        Recently used Liz Duffy at Thomas Flavell to sell my house and buy our new home. Liz and her assistant Lyn were always very prompt, professional and supportive and made everything go smoothly. I would 100% recommend and use them again. Thank you.

        We used Liz for both teh sale of our old house and the purchase of a new one, albeit with a gap of some 7 months inbetween as we had a few misfires. Both were handled professionally and Liz was happy to work to our timescales, especially approaching the Stamp Duty deadline. Would heartily recommend them to others.
