Poor communication, lack of transparency and honesty about the costs they charge. We had a poor experience with them. We had not received updates from the solicitor about what he was doing for us. Also, what they charge is in clear discrepancy with the costs estimate they provide. I will not recommend to use their services.

Confidentiality thrown out the window !! became a conversation between friends and colleagues to the degree she gave the offending party information of my intentions -only just come to light shocking company will be taking further action .
