I have just had my car serviced by Kia Warwick and all I can say is never again - the Service desk staff are dreadful, the way that they speak to customers - One in particular. We have purchased 4 Kia's and two have been from Warwick - we are looking to purchase a 5th however, it will not be from Kia Warwick - It is a Shame as Matt has been extremally helpful in the past. I have left a message for David Derbyshire for him to call me back as the service from some of his staff is appalling and I feel that he needs to be made aware of it. I have already told the Service desk that I will not be giving them any more of our business due to this issue, but also the last service was almost as bad. The Technicians do a good Job however its the service desk who let them down. Also they do not return your calls when they say that they will - I have today following on from this experience called another Kia dealer and booked an appt MOT and a for another appt next week to look at purchasing a new Sportage.
