Find Me a Gift

Not happy with my order, a personalised gift for my Fianc. they printed "to my darling Finance" on the compact and claimed this is what I ordered. Due to unfriendly user site I'm unable to check the order as it does not give details. Will not be using them again as no help offered to correct the mistake, imagine my horror when I gave my Fianc the gift on Christmas day as I hadn't spotted it said to my darling Finance!!.

Ordered 5th December, flagged that the delivery had stalled, generic responses, order eventually deemed lost by the company way too late to provide a solution. Pretty useless, avoid.

After a slight confusion on shipping, my parcel ended up getting lost in transit from the courier- not there fault however they ended up refunding my purchase and the customer service was quick and helpful- special mention to Sapphire!

Charges you twice, claim you placed the order twice (lie) then refund you but keep the postage, for the item you didn't order. Post sale customer service has been poor. I would highly NOT recommend this company.

I thought I would just take the time to thank you for the engraved gift (Personalised engraved compass), the quality was perfect and we were exceptionally pleased with the result. I was a little concerned at first with the issues of the resolution of the text pictures that I sent being rejected, but the quality of the final engraving speaks volumes, so I'm glad you maintained the level of quality control you did. I just thought it would be nice for you to get direct feedback from a very satisfied customer. Great service, great price, very professional and helpful, thank you very much.
