Very poor servers.. I created an account to handle 320kbps stream.. even with one listener it kept dropping the stream - very annoying! I wrote to the support team and they said this can happen with heavy server loads and told me to drop my stream to 96kbps! Not even funny, i pay for a high quality stream and the servers cant handle it i did drop it to 128kbps but still the stream kept dropping and buffering - seriously.. a waste of my time and money :(

Been in set up mode for the last 2 months. As nice as Liam in tech support was, he was replying with "unfortunately" to many of my requests. Both the Centova server and the Azura servers are unable to start a scheduled show on time. Both servers would randomly shuffle in a track even a few mins after show was expected. I was reaching out to their support a few days in a row with new evidence of the fault/bug/error, only to be told that it's strange, it's a know bug, it might be fixed in the future, and my favourite - "you should go live instead". Liam did offer access to replacement servers at no cost, though that just means I had to spend more time setting up a new server, on all the accounts, and publishing the new stream all over again. When finally gave up on shows actually going out when scheduled, I reached out to tech support once again for them to acknowledge the fact that my landing with them was not smooth and their servers are unable to read the time, execute basic IF loops, and are very much not "Reliable Servers" (their site's words). I made my digital way to Liam's manager, Ethan Gates, that felt that proper customer care means confronting me over and over again about me choosing to rely on the servers autoDJ is my fault, and that I have been offered to go live like other clients do. From this I have learned that Shoutca.st deliver products and service, and are very much ok with customer care that is lead by the phrase "unfortunately we can't offer that".
