        We began working with Student Internet in 2018; at first, it was simply for the super-fast fibre broadband supply to all of our student properties but this has now grown through their parent company Umbrella Broadband. They offer so much more than just broadband! CCTV, Access Control Systems and even now they are looking after ALL of our property maintenance across our management portfolio too. Looking back to 2018, what a great decision we made to work with Student Internet. They have proven to us that they are reliable, efficient and certainly go above & beyond when urgent attention is necessary. Efficiency wise, one clear example is how they actually deal directly with our students through their reporting and ticketing system on their website for both broadband outages and property maintenance. Further to this, they grant us access to an online web-portal in which we are able to monitor ALL maintenance/outage issues our students have raised.
