I had difficulty getting travel insurance through the usual channels. An internet search led me to Bateman group and having explained the problem to James he went above and beyond to help me. I would not hesitate to use this company again and can highly recomend that you speak to James Cottrell if you need advice.

Very fortunate to have Marlon assist with changing our home and contents insurance very responsive, understood exactly what we needed (including some specialised requirements), and achieved a much better result than we would have been able to obtain oursevles. Highly recommended.

This company are very poor at calling you back their customer service is very dire . They advertise as specialist insurance brokers but never get back to you. So disappointed.
