Never in my life have I ever had such vile disgusting so called curry.. I call them for a takeaway..which I had chicken saag, fried rice, chips and nan bread..the chicken saag it was discussing to eat and also really didn't look like it was edible, and it wasn't.. the fried rice it didn't look like it was fried also it had onions with it loads of grease.. no frying done there..nan bread alright.... chips were the best because they came out of the freezer. Paid just under 15.00 for this bag of unedible food... have you got a head chef.. I would be very very ashamed cooking that.. shame on you...I will never eat your pond life curry ever again thats what it looked like...

We haven't ordered from here for several months, possibly even a bit longer. Whether there has been a change of chef or management, we are not sure but we had a really disappointing takeaway here tonight. The poppadums were nice, with decent mango chutney, mint raita dip and raw chopped onion, but no pickle which I had asked for. The chicken tikka masala sauce had a lot of chili powder in, making it far hotter than any masala I've had before, and also didn't have a lot of flavour, just heat (I've traveled extensively in India and Pakistan, plus eaten a lot of currys over the years in different parts of the UK, but only once before years ago had a tikka masala as disappointing as this). The mushroom kurma had a decent amount of mushrooms and the sauce texture was really nice in the mouth, butb again really lacking in actual flavour. The mushroom rice was really boiled rice (possibly a little fried, difficult to tell) with a few spoons of chopped mushroom in, rather than the typical golden pilau fried with mushrooms) and the peshwari naan was a really good size, obviously freshly cooked which was great, but was so sticky inside it was either not cooked through or had so much coconut paste in that it had an odd mouth feel. Sad that this was such a disappointing meal. Sometimes one element of a meal for multiple people is not great, but this just felt like most things were not particularly nice. Sorry to say but we won't be ordering again unless there is a change of chef. Decent portion sizes though.
