        Chan fixed my shower drain that was smelling badly. He came on time and knew what he was doing. I couldnt express enough how happy we are that we can finally enjoy our main bathroom. He also fixed our window that couldnt be locked completely causing cold air to come in at night. I am happy that I have found Chan and I am not looking for another handyman to help me with my maintenance needs in Leamington other than him. His price is Very Reasonable too. Thank you again and again Chan . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to any home repair needs.

        Chan initially helped my daughter, doing jobs as needed over the past 12 months when she moved into her first house. He has been just brilliant, completing a range of jobs from fitting curtain poles, hanging pictures, making general repairs, assembling furniture etc. For me, he has just done an excellent job re-siliconing around sink areas and tidying up a long standing ceiling stain. We've always found him to be reliable, tidy, prompt, professional and very reasonable with his charges. Would definitely recommend.
