The haircut came out nicely and I'm happy with how it looks. I just found the experience very rough. I did have rather long hair with damaged ends thanks to over a year of not being able to get it cut, which meant it knotted easily. The knots were pulled at rather than teased out and it was a pretty painful experience. Unfortunately I don't plan to return but it was nice to be able to get a haircut after so long without.

Unfortunately I wasnt too happy with this place. Haircut felt rushed without much care, and I came away with wonky face-framing layers with one side inches shorter than the other. Like another review said, they were quite rough too. The person who did my hair was quiet for a hairdresser, which I wouldnt usually mind, but they didnt seem very friendly or welcoming either.

Excellent service lovely professional blow dry that lasted all day and night even in the wet weather! Looked amazing for my evening. Thank you will definitely be returning. Highly recommend. I had a re style haircut on Friday 12 November 2021 By Paige she did a fabulous job really lovely. Had lots of compliments. Paige was very professional and skilled. Friendly and welcoming. This salon doesnt dry your hair after youve had it dyed. So youll leave here with your hair wet. Absolutely unbelievable. On a cold winter day. Never have I ever heard such nonsense. I only had to go here as my usual salon was fully bookednever again and sorry but your hair brushes were not clean and they were full of hair from the previous customers. My mistake as I shouldve just left when I saw it but it was a little too late..Disgusting Service: Hair coloring
