Excellent customer service, very professional, great prices and quality products. Placed an order online, emailed to check delivery, response time with brilliant and professional. Packaged arrived, in perfect condition. Very happy and will definitely be back here and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love this shop i always went in personally but since moving a little further away I did it online today and I got it today delivered to my front door. Beautiful hair as always I will return next month! I would never go anywhere else!

I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this store. I initially thought that the people that run Modaps International were amazing and would go to great lengths to get their customer what they want, but I have soon come to realise that they are MONEY HUNGRY and prioritise their income over customer satisfaction. I asked for a specific type of hair and even went to great lengths as to write it down for him. He had returned with the wrong hair and when I gave it to my braider she said that I could not use it for the hairstyle that I wanted and therefore I should return it. I BOUGHT 10 PACKS OF HAIR. I HAVE OPENED 1 (in which I had no intention of returning) I asked to return the hair which I had bought the day previously and I was told that I could not return it because his supplier told him it was the correct hair. IS THAT MY PROBLEM MATE? I BOUGHT THIS HAIR FOR 60- I AM A UNI STUDENT. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH ALL THIS HAIR? All I asked to return the hair, that I had not used. In no way did they say that I could not return, or that they only did exchanges. It is so sad to finally see a black-owned hair business take advantage. - PS: This is the last time I am going to reply. Don't get me wrong they were very nice people on the two occasions that I went to their shop. However, it was when I asked to return the product that the man became very rude. I want to stress that they did not tell me about not being being to return product. To say I was rude is a big lie because I even left the shop saying how I was going to return next month to buy products for my name hairstyle. The owner on the phone even started shouting at me, and I had to tell him we are not arguing so he could lower his volume. I know how I carried myself, I know I have not been rude once to the owner and any other person that works at this shop All I have asked for is a refund on hair I have not even opened. I still wish them the best, but this was my experience.
