Love training at this gym, its not like other gyms around because its small and they keep their member number small so there is always room. The trainers are amazing, Matt the owner has done a wonderful job growing this gym into a place where people feel comfortable to come too and created a community of friends within it! Training here and seeing amazing results ignited a love for the gym in me, thank you Evolution and Matt!!

I've been a member of the Evolution family since 2019 - and it is a family! New members are welcomed, family members help each other - in and out of the studio. The PT's are knowledgeable and want you to succeed in whatever you have decided are your goals. I'm signed up until February 2023, and will continue with my personal development with the help of my Evolution family.

Evolution is the first gym where Ive been told what to do! All previous gyms Ive just figured it out with 20+ other people in a class. Its great to get actual coaching on things like form and technique. Plus Im encouraged to push myself which is great since I have zero motivation myself Small classes also help you get to know instructors and other gym goers which I like since Im still new to the area
