A true professional and completely personal service, second to none in our experience. We were always being kept up to date with the progress on the project, which was fantastic to see. The end product was excellent, the bespoke level of the bookcase was exceptional, we are delighted with the quality and craftsmanship. Wonderful curved door feature makes the bookcase stand out, the skills Oli has are out of this world. Completely satisfied customer. We could not recommend him and more highly. Oli made two beautiful bespoke alcove units for me on this occasion. A book case/log store and meter cupboard, alongside a TV/media unit. After doing much research into local craftsmen, I picked Black Tea One Sugar as you could see from their Instagram page and website that real care and attention to detail had gone into every commission. This is the type of small business I wanted to support and spend my hard earned money with. I had particular requirements of the design, and went through a process with Oli to land on final drawings which he had computer generated throughout the process. I was really impressed with this as it brought the furniture to life before the build stage and gave me a real sense of perspective in the room. I supplied specific latches, vents, and lighting for the units, which Oli was more than happy to accommodate. Throughout the build process, Olly confirmed finer details with me along the way, which was exactly what I wanted because the end result absolutely speaks for itself. The finer details are what makes the units look fantastic alongside the quality craftsmanship, and I couldnt be more happy with them. Ive already decided to engage Black Tea One Sugar to start the process again for an additional two alcove units to form a home office and home bar.
