Given one star because there is no option for zero or minus stars! One of the worst customer service experiences you can have! Like others they denied knowledge of mums funeral plan saying we bought it elsewhere- documents were thrown back at us across the table and when we showed them the booklet they came in the person said well you could have just come in off the street and picked those up! When I pointed out how pathetic this was she shrugged and said well it puts me in an awkward position too we stormed out in a less than calm manner( there may have been some swearing on my part!) we found out the next day that they had cashed in mums funeral plan without telling us or consulting us- beyond belief after the way we stormed out the previous day that they actually though wed be back!!

Staff at branch amazing Sharon was the girl at the funeral she was compassionate so I would give them 5 stars Sadly the service was poor, a blonde lady I would say who she was but sadly I couldnt catch her name, it was Jan or Jane Whiny, stuttering, lacking compassion, everything seemed like a rush, I felt she had to be somewhere else and didnt hang around after Im no expert but it says 1 hour slots so surly doing a service in 22 mins is not really doing the deceased any justice, 78 years of life rounded off in less than 22 mins including 3 songs To finish on a positive, I visited the chapel like a previous poster and have to say the staff at the branch showed so much empathy you would swear they were looking after a member of their own family

What a shockingly poor service. Drove from all the way from Derbyshire to Warwickshire to visit the deceased in the chapel of rest. This was for a booked appointment yet when we arrived, we were told they were not ready and wouldnt be for two hours. They clearly dont care about the relatives and how stressful it is to contemplate visiting someone. This was on top of being told the funeral plan had not been paid for when it had. Its lucky we knew about the silver plan already purchased and had documents to prove it or they would have charged us all over again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wouldn't use for direct cremation - I was misinformed and they lacked knowledge of the procedure. Their partner company in South leicestershire equally poor in returning my mother's ashes. Extremely upsetting experience.

Excellent organisation and communication at a very difficult time, particularly with the present Covid-19 epidemic.
