Priory Carpets and Flooring

This company came to measure in early Feb, it's now mid-March and I am still waiting for the quote! I've chased by email and phone multiple times and each time I've been promised the quote will come... still nothing. The staff who I've dealt with have all been kind, helpful and apologetic. The blame seems to lie entirely with the manager who is the one who took the measurement and is apparently holding up the process. I've given up trying to get a quote out of them and taken my business to Polished Floor instead, who have been helpful every step of the way.

We wanted to fit vinyl flooring on our ground floor. We contacted Priory Flooring for a quote. We agreed on a date and time for measurement. They did the measurements, but they never came back with a quote. We called them after roughly a week, "the boss is not here", and that was it. Now it's almost two weeks and never heard back from them. Very weird behavior. They could've just give us a call to say they're too busy or something.
