The only sticking point was the wait between ordering and getting my food. Completely understand it's first come first served but if people are waiting for larger orders it is more efficient to have one person taking care of the small quick orders to get them out of the way. 10 mins for sausage and chips is excessive when it's sat there ready to go.
That said, I'd happily go back.
