Jack has been there to support us with our use of iTrack in so many ways: meeting with governors to explain the new look; SLT to explain and personalise Report Writer; me as a new head teacher to ensure I understand how to get the best out the system. I am so impressed with how quickly Jack responds to any question (and also his patience with my many questions as a new head working with a new system). iTrack itself is so easy to use and gives us the data we need so efficiently. The Report Writer function enabled our staff to have a better work-life balance this half term. Thank you for everything!
