        They close early and open late so its really difficult to come and collect your items. Never answer phone calls either!

        Absolutely ruined a really expensive dress! :( Asked for a grey strap to be sewn back on as it had snapped and was sewn back on with blue thread really messily had to bin dress and was still charged.

        NEVER EVER USE THIS BUSINESS. They've ruined an expensive designer dress of mine and are refusing to pay for its replacement. I was accused of buying it from a charity shop and pretending they've damaged it! It was completely burnt by an iron with holes in it. The lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful and I'm down 250. I'm taking legal action.

        I have used Exclusive since I moved to the area in 2013. I have never had a problem and it suits me to travel from where I now live (6-7 miles away) for both value for money and polite and helpful service.
