Excellent local company, really efficient service at all stages. Mike the salesman is friendly and very responsive to questions. He arranges site visits as quickly as possible. The surveyor is prompt and friendly. Very happy with the installation which was carried out efficiently by friendly staff, and the quality is great.

I had all windows in my house replaced by Warwick Glass and would definitely recommend them. I found my experience smooth from the start all the way to finish. Firstly, I got to speak to Mike, their sales manager, who was really helpful and answered many questions I had and laid out different variations of my order. Also, I enjoyed communication via emails with him - it proved a really great way to communicate. I couldnt often pick up the phone when at work and I was travelling overseas but was able to continue discussing order. Then, Craig and Brett have installed the windows. It was a big and slow moving job as I wanted to keep as many Victorian features as possible and removing old windows was not easy. They happy to do it to meet my expectations. They did speak to me when and if needed and let me choose between different options when it came to framing the windows etc. They also have done work to high standards. Although I had an issue with one glass being cracked during installation, I was reassured I will have it replaced within a week and was contacted about it the day after initial installation. The glass was replaced promptly. Again, great experience. Overall, I am pleased with the new windows and customer service- hopefully the windows will prove to be warm next winter, too.
