Bridge Dental Practice

Because I was a patient here and I have 2 teeth that are now falling out, in the conditions that during the Covid period they called me 3 times and they did nothing to make me feel better! 02/09/2023 I called in time that there was traffic and I arrived, and Dr. Miss Afzal had no patient and in the end she didn't receive my baby! And today's two girls didn't do enough to talk about me, who was very upset! I was not satisfied with their friendship nor with their quality

Went in for an emergency appointment, staff were nice but the dentist did nothing to help me at all. In excruciating pain with a bad tooth and was told to just take painkillers. Still charged me money even though I was in there 10 mins if that.

Canceled my appointment and didn't tell me untill I turned up. Then couldn't fit me in until next year.

Awful experience. Had an appointment for my son cancelled a couple of weeks ago as we were 3 minutes late. We were told to leave as we couldn't be seen. Then we arrive early for a further appointment and are not see until almost 20 minutes after the appointment time. No explanation but I over heard a discussion about the previous patient being 10 minutes late!

Thank you miss Saleem! You are a life saver. Best dentist ever! Got booked in as an emergency appointment and she gave me the works. Miss saleem tried to refer me for 3 extractions and I couldnt wait for 14 weeks for personal reasons. She was understanding and very caring about my situation. Too my surprise She looked at her dairy and booked me in 3 days after my appointment and did three extractions no problem at all. Made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. Receptionists were friendly and polite too and all involved in my treatment were very professional. Thank you bridge and thank you miss saleem!
