Contacted them in regards to support they said they offer for people in financial difficulties. They asked (on Friday) if they could call on Monday. I replied (on Friday) that it was fine for Monday. Monday came and went, no call. I emailed again on Tuesday asking why they're messing me around as it's my home on the line. They got back to me on Thursday saying "I completely understand your frustration, I will try my best to get a call to you this afternoon, if not tomorrow morning." It's now we'll into Friday afternoon and still no effort made to get in touch. I will be switching energy provider at the soonest possible notice.

Im a student in a new house, but no matter how many times I email or phone, I cant get ahold of my electricity tariff. I have been sent in circles as well as payments being unclear on deadlines. Terrible
