Hiplok

I purchased 2 Z LOK combos for our e mountain bikes as a result of the very positive reviews that I had read. Whilst the locks are great and work as described my only gripe is that they are just too short for e mtbs. We went to Llandegla and then Coed Y Brenin over the weekend and could not secure the bikes to any of the stands or wooden fences as the Z Loks are just to short at 40cm. The size of our frames and the gap needing to be covered just made it impossible to secure our bikes. It would be great if a version could be developed for E MTBs.

I love Hiplok...I received a D lock for Christmas, but when I opened it up I found the keys missing. I message Hiplok requesting replacement keys but unfortunately they can't do that (which makes sense as you could just request keys for a locked up bike). John on the email was so helpful and supplied me with an entire replacement lock straight away as the old one was essentially redundant. His email style was really friendly. 5 stars all round. The lock feels super sturdy and the clip on belt function is so perfect, can't wait to rock it. In addition to this exchange I've also been using their chain lock that goes around the waste for around 7 years and it's never skipped a beat, still going strong. Looking forward to picking and choosing between the 2 locks on a daily basis. Thanks again for the great customer service and the great locks
