I bought my bridesmaid dresses from Th&Th online earlier this year. As all of my bridesmaids live so far apart, online was the quickest and most effective way to shop for dresses. The dresses chosen were fabulous! The colour was just as advertised and were all fully lined and of great quality. All of my bridesmaids (a full range of sizes) all felt comfortable on the day. The dresses came and are long enough for ladies up to 511 with the dress still touching the floor which is perfect because 2 of my bridesmaids were this height. The biggest size fits about a small UK20 but no bigger. The only problem is not being able to send a dress back for an exchange. You can only send back for a refund and have to order a new one. As I could see a size was going out of stock, I needed to pay out for another dress and wait for a return which did take a few weeks. Other than that, the dresses were amazing and I would definitely use Th&Th all over again.

Wish I could give zero stars. After ordering 2 dresses to try, I sent one back (at my own expense). It is now over three weeks on from the parcel being signed for by th&th and I have not received my refund. 3 emails have been sent to chase and proof of the parcel being signed for and my most recent email stating I would like to raise a complaint has been ignored! I understand small businesses are struggling to survive due to rising costs but I do expect to get my money back for a product that they have back and can resell.

I purchased 5 of the Camilla Blush for our Bridesmaids to wear on our August wedding day. The customer service from the very first enquiry was outstanding. We visited the showroom in Leamington Spa and it was such a fun experience seeing the girls try on all the different styles. I ordered three bridesmaid dresses from TH&TH for my wedding in July. They were absolutely perfect for the venue and colours for the wedding. I had picked a variety of potential bridesmaid dresses for all of the bridesmaids saying I was happy if they all wanted different and all three of them chose this dress. All of the girls were comfortable and looked stunning in their dresses! I will be recommending to anyone needing an occasion dress in the future!
