Get Cooking!

Better than any cookbook. In just two hours, I learned more about preparing and cooking Chinese food and making sauces, than I would have done, if I had two or more manuals/cookbooks. Anne-Marie makes cooking simple. Even a dolt like me got it. I highly recommend taking a course.

Anne Marie is an absolute delight! From first call up until I left her wonderful, cosy, homely kitchen. I had a private one-to-one class with Anne Marie who showed me how to cook a chicken katsu curry, dahl and Thai green curry from scratch. I not only learnt how to cook them well but have picked up lots of handy tips and tricks into really making the ingredients work hard and make my kitchen work harder. We also sat down together and ate the food we cooked and got to take it all home with me too which my sons have thoroughly enjoyed! I'm very much looking forward to booking the next session!

Had yet another excellent zoom session with Anne Marie making hot cross buns and simnel muffins on a zoom class! So delicious and so much fun! Its an excellent way to connect with far away friends, learn and walk away with a yummy treat! Cant wait to do another class soon!

Had a brilliant private cooking lesson with Anne-Marie, she has given me some excellent cooking tips and has helped to build my confidence. She was incredibly helpful at finding recipes I wanted to cook and learnt how I could continue to adapt these at home on my own. I came away with lots of knowledge and delicious food! (partner was very happy about this). I was so surprised at how much we crammed in a short space of time. Thanks Anne Marie for a great morning! :)
