WHSmith, must surely be the next high Street disaster, the stores are worn and dank, there are never enough staff in sight, in order to give the image of a well managed store. The throughfare and exitage is cluttered with so called bargains. Simply put, I loath and detest shopping at W. H. Smith!!!

First floor looks a bit empty, very wide spaces between book shelves. Why not put reading areas, chairs tables or bean bags?

It has InPost collection centre, DHL parcel options within it. I found the prices to be slightly higher. But it does offer a lot of greeting cards and stationary options. The upper floor has books on offer.

Wow! How WHSmith has gone downhill! Three young women at the tills chatting - unable to give us any assistance and a further member of staff also having a long personal conversation at the back of the shop. No "can I help you?" or "let me show you" - decided to go to the local newsagents where we were greeted with a smile and lots of help.
